Frankie Rose
Frankie Rose has recorded a full album cover of The Cure's second record, 1980's Seventeen Seconds. Produced by Jorge Elbrecht, the album will be available on October 27 exclusively via Turntable Kitchen's Sounds Delicious vinyl series.
Rose states, "This is my take on The Cure's Seventeen Seconds. Since I already think it's a perfect record, I tried not to reinterpret too much and stick to similar sounds as the original, but with a twist. Working on it with Jorge Elbrecht was a dream, because he's the only person who's as deep of a Cure fan as I am! And he's a damn wizard!"
SOUNDS DELICIOUS is a first-of-its-kind monthly vinyl subscription service. SOUNDS DELICIOUS will offer full-length cover albums - exclusively featuring music not available anywhere else - on limited edition vinyl.
Participating artists were asked to choose any full-length album they love and reimagine it from front to back. SOUNDS DELICIOUS will produce the recordings on limited edition vinyl packaged in beautifully designed jackets.

The Pains of Being Pure at Heart with Kristin Kontrol & members of Titus Andronicus covering Tom Petty's Full Moon Fever
